mission
The CAI mission is to provide our clients with superior quality metal finishing, quick turnaround times, and very responsive customer service. The company culture is aimed at providing employees with an empowering environment to foster personal growth in a team oriented setting.
founding
Cal Aurum Industries was founded in 1971 by Paul Ginder in Westminister, California. Prior to starting CAI, he worked as a plating engineer for Hughes Aircraft and later for Burton Plating Company both located in Southern California. In the early days, the company plated items ranging from bathroom fixtures to printed circuit boards. The business eventually migrated into the micro-electronics field and focused primarily on the aerospace, electronic connector, and test/measurement markets.
